1. How do I make an appointment?

You can email us at hello@myhomevet.ky if you are a recurrent customer, and please visit the Forms section  for the client registration form filling if you are a new customer. You can also use Whatsapp with the number (345) 928 0707 or the Digitail app which we encourage you to download  https://pet.digitail.io/download, having this at all times on your phone for your convenience.
Make sure to read first the section ‘For a successful visit’ for the best experience!

2. What is your payment policy?

We take cash, cards or cheques as payment.  Payment is due when services are rendered. For medicine delivery, especially when nobody is at home to receive the products, we will require payment ahead of time, which can be easily done with a card number over the phone.

3. Can I get health insurance for my pet?

Unfortunately there is no pet insurance available in the Cayman Islands. Please follow preventative medicine recommendations (such as keeping up with vaccinations, heartworm medicine prevention, etc.) and always discuss your available budget with us so we can help you best as such.
